Role Overview
The Head – Supply Chain will lead Hala Mobility's end-to-end supply chain covering strategic sourcing, procurement, planning, inventory, warehousing, logistics, supplier performance, cost optimization and governance.
What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end SCM strategy aligned with Hala's growth plans.
- Build scalable procurement, inventory, warehouse and logistics systems.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of vehicles, spare parts, chargers and infrastructure.
- Establish demand planning, replenishment and safety-stock policies.
- Build supplier strategy and commercial governance.
- Drive inventory accuracy, traceability, ageing and working-capital optimization.
- Establish controls from requirement → consumption → scrap/refurbishment.
- Build visibility of quantity, location, vehicle, technician, vendor and value.
- Drive SCM automation, dashboards, SOPs and governance.
- Partner with Fleet, Finance, Engineering, Operations and Business.
- Build, mentor and scale the SCM organization.
What We Expect
- 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement and Logistics.
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree / PGDM in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Commerce, or a related discipline; relevant certifications in Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Logistics, or Warehouse Management are an added advantage.
- Strong multi-location SCM leadership experience.
- EV / Automotive / Mobility / Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and inventory planning.
- Proven experience building SCM processes and governance.
- Strong commercial, analytical and leadership capabilities.
- Engineering / MBA preferred.
